About this Verizon compatible iPhone: This all sounds pretty reasonable to me. I'm guessing that Verizon is using their line of Android devices to play hardball with Apple. And Apple is using the impressive success of the iPhone to play hardball with Verizon. So it's anybody's guess really, as to when this will all be sorted out. (via Daring Fireball)

Why Apple's iPhone 4 bumper case is a rip-off: I've always enjoyed my iPhone in a caseless fashion, but with the iPhone 4, I'm finding myself tempted to pick up a case for it. The \$29 price for one bumper really feels like a deal breaker at this point, though.
