TI's OMAP4 promises 1080p, 145-hour music playback: TI's OMAP4 is roughly equivalent to Apple's new A4 CPU in terms of performance, but won't be in shipping products until late 2010 or early 2011. A4 ships in March. This is is one of the reasons why Apple is doing their own CPUs.

iPad's two biggest surprises were price and price: The pricing of AT&T's 3G for the iPad is actually quite cheap. I hope this means that prices will be coming down industry-wide, as the other carriers attempt to compete with AT&T.
