Which is why I can admit how I rang in the new year:
Yes, that is Vanilla Ice. As I said last night after bearing witness to his performance, Vanilla Ice has had over 20 years to hone his craft ("Ice Ice Baby" first came out in '89), refining it, and tightening the experience. And what he produced includes an insane clown dressed as santa, cheap Halloween decorations, and three cases of water bottles, thrown into the crowd.
I hope this inauspicious start doesn't ill for 2010.
