The last two weekends in SF have been really amazing, weather-wise. I went for a long run yesterday, up along the bay, and decided to take my camera along:
The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco side
It was a little too far for me to run there and back without stopping -- but bringing the camera along encouraged me to take a break once I got out past Crissy Field, and so I was able to make it back (and was pretty tired when all was said and done).
Also, I've been in the market for a new camera, because the one I have now is over 5 years old, and while it still works, there is some dust or dirt or something inside of the camera assembly. I've been living with this for awhile, and generally haven't been ready to pull the trigger on something new, but yesterday it was really annoying:
The Palace of Fine Arts, and a lot of crap on my lense
I have a lot of pictures from yesterday that are similarly gunked up, and so now I think I'm ready.
Full gallery is on Flickr (of the non-gunked up images that I decided to post).
