Thanks to the brainwashing induced by repeated listenings of the Fall Out Boy mixtape, I bought the new albums from \"The Cab\" and \"Hey Monday\" over the weekend, at the Amazon MP3 store. I would have preferred to buy either on CD or on iTunes, but I couldn't find the former, and the latter wasn't iTunes Plus (and I pretty-much refuse to buy DRM'd songs on iTunes, unless it's a major impulse buy).

So far, \"Whisper War\" by \"The Cab\" is the big winner - it's a fairly decent pop record, that I'm sure I won't remember in about two months. \"Hey Monday's\" debut, however, just reminds me of how much I love \"Paramore\". My advice: skip \"Hey Monday\", and pick up both of Paramore's albums.
