From what I can tell, this is all due to a simple run-of-the-mill accident. No amazing catastrophe, like last time. Anyways, it looks like I'm having dinner up on the the peninsula tonight.

Update: I think that the time reported here might have been due to a sensor error. When I saw this time, I resolved myself to hanging out in San Mateo for awhile. When I checked the traffic, over an hour later, I saw that things were flowing smoothly. So, I guess you really can't believe everything that you see on the web. :)
