Guitar Hero 2
Guitar hero 2 consumed my entire Sunday.
This isn't too bad, considering that it is the best game ever; but still, an entire day? And my wrists hurt and arms hurt and I had a headache and I was seeing things that didn't exist. But I beat the game on medium, so there.
If you haven't played GH2, you need to get a hold of a friend that has the game and go play it. Awesome times guaranteed!

Two weddings
Originally uploaded by Rooosh.
I'm back from India - two of my best friends got married over the past month. Besides going there to be there, to celebrate and have fun, I had a secondary purpose too. And no, it wasn't to find a bride (as many of my aunts, uncles and other relatives thought). It was to take pictures. And so click away I did.
There is no shortage of subjects at a wedding. However, the attempt to focus on subjects other than the bride and groom was mostly unsuccessful. So we have a bunch of pictures of Ashit and Nehal, albeit from a different perspective than what their wedding photographers got (I hope).
Nehal was just such an awesome subject to shoot since every bit of her was decked up in color, mehendi, flowers and jewelery. Not to mention that Ashit and Nehal both have this tendency to constantly smile which makes them rather easy to shoot (shoot pictures, you silly NSA bot).
More pictures and blog entries to follow.

Food
India has some of the awesomemest food ever.
This is from a restaurant in Bangalore that specializes in Andhra cuisine (a region in India). The banana leaves that you see are the "dishes". There are no utensils (unless you're like me that asks for a spoon and gets it albeit with increasingly dirty looks).
The food consists of vast, unending quantities of rice (as much as you want, in fact) served with two or three non-watery curries, two or three watery curries, yoghurt, buttermilk and a bunch of other condiments. Also on the menu are these amazing dry fried chillies - amazingly yummy but rather spicy (they're chillies, so you get the idea).
Anyway, definitely worth a trip to if you're in Bangalore, perhaps even somewhere else in India.
