Why iOS updates look small in size but require more than 10x storage capacity: One way that Apple could solve this is by coming up with a new filesystem, which supports copy-on-write snapshots... (just saying).
iOS 8 adoption lagging significantly behind iOS 7, but iPhone 6 uptake is about double its predecessors: My guess is that iOS 8 adoption is lagging, because it requires a lot of free disk space, and most people's iOS devices are full. My guess is that Apple is going to have to figure out how to slim down the space requirements for iOS updates going forward -- because we all know that they're not going to eliminate 8 and 16GB devices anytime soon.
4k Blu-ray Discs and Players to Arrive 2015 - An Analysis: While I agree that it might be tough to see the benefits of extra resolution in practice, I think that the increased color range might be noticeable, and something that could be marketed to consumers.
That said, it seems like 4K Blu-Rays are going to be too little, too late.
