• HTC “disappointed” at Apple’s lack of fair play: I would say that HTC is using the word "fair" in the relative sense, in that HTC is disincluding the fact that they (and Android) ripped off the iPhone.

• Rapid DHCP: Or, how do Macs get on the network so fast?: Pretty interesting discovery of how Mac OS X (and presumably iOS) are able to get back on the network quickly after resuming from sleep.

• Will the Xbox 720 run Windows 8?: This is a wacky idea. If Microsoft could get one Windows OS working across their PC, tablet, mobile, and Xbox product lines, that would seem to give them a fair amount of software leverage.
