I suppose that Windows is in such a sorry state, that there is no way that Microsoft could have people providing tech support to Windows users - it's pretty much impossible to figure out the root cause of errors on any random windows box.

Straight out of Compton: I love John Siracusa, and his take on Google's new browser, Chrome is great. I'm actually in the process now, for the first time in several years, of getting Windows XP running on a machine (actually, a VM on my iMac), just so I can try Chrome.
